The present research studies the relationship between commercial policies and ECONOMIC growth in Iran that is based on Locuas (1988) MODEl of endogenous growth. To avoid of spurious regression the Johansons MODEl are used. The empirical results indicate that there is cointegration balance relation between function of ECONOMIC growth and its determined elements such as capital, labor force, human power, real export sand tariff import rate.To reach the short time dynamic internal and external MODEls, two MODEl tools of ERROR CORRECTION and ( VDC s)1 and (IRFs)2 are used The obtained results of (VECM )3 show that there is causative function from variables in the right side of the MODEl towards variable of local gross domestic production. In other word, it indicates innateness of dependant variable. From the other point of view, the documents resulted from (VDS s) state that real export variable tariff and human power have determined function in explaining (GNP) production. The (IRF s ) result also indicates that there is a convergence in long balance relationship.

This article aims at analyzing and estimating the function of private consumption and it's long-run relation using ERROR CORRECTION MODEl in Iran's economy. To avoid spurious regression we proceeded first by exploring the long-run co-integrating private mechanism to estimate the short-run equation. Since there may be a weakness associated with the Engle-Granger method of co-integration testing, we investigated the cointegration relationship by using Johansen co-integration test. We found strong evidence from the Johansen test that the related variables are integrated. The empirical evidence suggests that the tendency toward consumption is 83% and the speed of adjustment for the long-run private consumption is around 73% implying that about 73 percent of differences between the short-run and long-run consumption level will be adjusted within one year.

This paper considers the nonlinear effect of oil revenues on ECONOMIC growth by applying the threshold ERROR CORRECTION MODEl and using data for the period 1338-1386 in Iran. The study finds that the pass through of increases in oil revenues to ECONOMIC growth becomes weaker as the rate of increase of revenues goes up. The limit rate of increase in oil revenues, beyond which it loses its positive impact on GDP growth, is 37 per cent. In addition, the lower the rate of increase in oil revenues the greater its impact on GDP growth, indicating an inverse U-shaped relationship between the two variables. The above results confirm the existence of a resource curse characterized by rent seeking behavior and reductions in productivity, particularly during periods of high growth in oil revenues.
